Permission to Enter Fiji For Anyone With A Criminal Conviction

Anyone with a criminal conviction wishing to travel to Fiji is required to have prior approval from the Immigration Department to enter Fiji. A letter with details of the conviction and any related documents, travel plans, passport details, accommodation in Fiji and reason for the trip should be sent to the Fiji High Commission seeking clearance to enter Fiji. Clearance process takes approximately 10 to 30 working days. However processing time can vary depending on individual cases.
