Birth/Death Certificate

To apply for a birth/death certificate the following is required:

1. Duly completed application form.
2. Fees of NZ $5.00 for birth certificate and NZ$ 10.00 for death certificate.
3. Self-addressed pre paid envelope or courier bag.

It takes approximately 6-8 weeks to process. This is only meant as a guide and processing time can vary depending on individual cases.
